Home Improvements?
An ARC Application must be submitted if you would like to make any improvements to the exterior of your home. If an ARC application isn't submitted and approved, you can be fined up to $1000 per occurrence.

Board Meetings
All Executive Board meetings are held the third Thursday of every month. The community open meetings for 2018 will be held in May and November on the Third Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. All meeting will be held at the Lumberton municipal building.
